Brenda LaRose, C.H.R.P., Partner Brenda is the managing partner of Higgins International, Inc. and has twenty (21) years of experience in executive search and recruitment. Originally from Winnipeg, Ms. LaRose has successfully worked in executive search and recruitment throughout Canada including some international search engagements. She is a graduate of the University of Manitoba and has a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation. Ms. LaRose is certified in behavioural interviewing and profiling. In addition, she is a Registered Professional Recruiter (R.P.R.) through the Institute of Professional Management and is Past Chair of the Aboriginal Economic Development Committee for the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce and Past Regional Director for the Association of Professional Recruiters of Canada and the Canadian Management Professionals Association.
Ms. LaRose serves on the Boards of the Ma Mawi Wi Chi Itata Centre, Inc. as Vice-Chair, the AnimikiiOzoson Child and Family Services as Treasurer, and the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business. Ms. LaRose is an active member of the Human Resource Management Association of Manitoba and the Institute of Corporate Directors and possesses a certificate in Corporate Governance through the Rotman School of Business and the Institute of Corporate Directors - Corporate Governance College.

Stan Higgins, C.H.R.P., Partner Stan joined Higgins International, Inc. in May 2005 as a Consultant. He has completed his Human Resource Management at the University of Manitoba and is a Registered Professional Recruiter (R.P.R.) through the Institute of Professional Management and has a Certified Human Resource Professional (C.H.R.P.) designation. Before joining the firm, Mr. Higgins was a Manager with the Ma Mawi Wi Chi Itata Centre overseeing the Youth Cultural Programs department which included a team of up to forty staff and an annual operating budget of more than $1M.
Recently Stan was contracted by EDS Canada Inc., now an HP company as a Human Resource Generalist for Western Canada. During his six months at EDS, he was responsible for a wide range of Human Resource activities and worked closely with Western Canada's senior management and executive members.
Stan is an active member of the Human Resource Management Association of Manitoba and previously sat on Canadian Heritage's Aboriginal Youth Advisory Committee with a mandate of recommending proposals for funding through the Urban Multipurpose Aboriginal Youth Centres Initiative. He is English/French bilingual.

Brock Higgins, Partner Brock joined Higgins International, Inc. in February of 2006 and has recently progressed into the position of Partner. Brock is completing his term of a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with the Asper School of Business with a double major in Human Resources and Marketing and is certified in Discus Behavioural Profiling. Prior to joining Higgins International, Inc. Brock played junior hockey with the Notre Dame Hounds in Wilcox, Saskatchewan and later transitioned into a position with a benefits consulting firm. Mr. Higgins also possesses management experience in the hospitality sector. As a part of the Higgins team, Brock has led recruitment projects for Chief Executive Officers, Executive Directors, Financial Professionals, Human Resource Managers, Municipality Operations, IT Professionals, etc.
